- Have a ViP 722 or ViP 722k HD Duo DVR from DISH Network
- Have a broadband Internet connection
- Have an active DISH Network account
- Purchase the Sling Adapter for $99 through DISH Network directly before January 31, 2012
- Create a DISH online account and opt-in to receive DISH Network E-Newsletters
- Redeem the Sling Adapter Rebate offer within 75 days after your account has been activated
